My Inspirations.

Hey there, This is my progress blog/pictures to inspire me blog. I decided to do this to 1. help me 2. get feedback from other people struggling and 3. to keep me on track. This is my time to shine. I have been struggling with weight as long as I can remember. I've tried every diet in the books and lost weight, but then gained weight and then some. I have finally figured out that in order for me to keep off the weight I lose is to make a lifestyle change and keep it that way. Of course we're all gonna have our days...but I really want this. More than ever. I want to be confident with my body. My goal is to lose 10 pounds or more every month until my UGW. I'm starting my diet/lifestyle change and am going to work out every day no matter what. This WILL happen. I WILL be skinny and in shape by summer break 2012.

NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FUCKING FEELS.

I always tell myself this before I eat something but when I closer and closer to the food that saying doesn’t mean shit. WHY DO I LOVE FOOD SO MUCH?!?!? like fuck!! I need to like embed that shit into my brain! today i’m fasting because yesterday I was HORRIBLE! me and my roommate got high and ate everything in sight. it was bad. sooo today it’s just coffee and water.
